非常荣幸再次受邀出席今年的中国商业峰会。首先，感谢NZINC和奥克兰商会举办本次活动，感谢奥沙利文女士和布里奇斯会长的盛情邀请。感谢希普金斯总理在刚才的讲话中不仅提到了中新关系的重要性，还谈到未来推进双边关系发展的路径。感谢奥康纳部长和艾尔斯参议员的精彩发言。

IwouldalsoliketoacknowledgethespeechbyRtHonPrimeMinisterHipkins，whichspeakstonotonlytheimportanceofthisrelationship，butalsotheapproachesthatwouldbeadoptedtowardsconductingtherelationshipgoingintothefuture.IalsowanttoacknowledgeHonMinisterDamienO’ConnorandSenatorTimAyresforyourcomments.
不久前，希普金斯总理率领大型代表团成功访华，很多在场嘉宾都是其中一员。此访内容丰硕、成果丰硕，成为双边关系历史上新的重要里程碑。我有幸全程陪同代表团访华，有三点突出感受愿与大家分享。
Notlongago，PrimeMinisterChrisHipkinsledarguablythelargest-everdelegation，tradeorotherwise，toChina，andmanyguestspresentheretodayjoinedthissuccessfulvisit.AsanewmilestoneinChina-NewZealandrelations，thePrimeMinister’svisitwasproductiveandfruitful.IwasprivilegedtoaccompanythedelegationthroughouttheirjourneyinChinaandwouldliketosharewithyouthreeofmydeepestimpressions.
首先，此访再次彰显了在两国最高层就推动中新关系发展的广泛共识。从建交起，中新两国历代领导人均一致认为，一个健康稳定、蓬勃发展的双边关系符合双方共同利益，这一理念在此访中得到了确认与赓续，这充分体现在两国政府就推动中新全面战略伙伴关系进一步发展发表的联合声明中。更为重要的是，从访问在ZZ、经贸、科技、教育、农业、人员往来等各领域取得的丰硕成果引发的热烈反响看，中新互利共赢的务实合作得到了两国各界的广泛支持。我还注意到，中新两国媒体都对访问给予了高度关注、大幅报道和高度评价。这些都再次印证中新全面战略伙伴关系基础深厚，也让我对双边关系的未来充满信心。有着高层引领、工商界参与和民众支持，两国携手走好富有成效且持久的未来之路也就有了重要保障。
Thefirstimpressiontoshareisthatthevisithasagainshowcasedthebroadconsensusreachedbythetwocountriesatthehighestlevelonthecontinueddevelopmentofthebilateralrelationship.Sincetheinceptionofourdiplomaticties，successiveleadersofbothcountrieshaveestablishedaclearcommonunderstandingthatahealthy，stable，andthrivingbilateralrelationshipisinourmutualinterest.Thisconceptionoftherelationshipwasreaffirmedandamplifiedduringthevisit，asmanifestedinthejointstatementfromthetwoGovernmentsonfurtherdevelopingourComprehensiveStrategicPartnership.
Moreimportantly，asyoucantellfromtheenthusiasmshowntowardstheoutcomesofthisvisitinwideareas，rangingfrommutualunderstandingandtrust，tradeandbroadereconomiclinks，scienceandtechnology，education，agriculture，topeople-to-peopleexchanges，themutuallybeneficialpracticalcooperationbetweenusenjoysbroad-basedsupportinbothcountries.
Notably，thevisitwaswellreceivedandwidelycoveredbythemediainbothcountries，whichisyetanotherindicationoftheintenseinterestin，andthesolidfoundationforourPartnership.
Allthisgivesmeconfidenceinthefutureofourrelationship，forthereisnobetterguaranteethanacombinationofhigh-levelstewardship，participationofthebusinesscommunity，andpublicsupportforaproductiveandenduringrelationshipgoingdowntheroad.
第二，两国全面战略伙伴关系不断深化，持续为两国、特别是两国人民带来实实在在的利益。在天津时，我陪同希普金斯总理和代表团参观了一家当地超市，随处可见新西兰产的猕猴桃、牛羊鹿肉、乳制品、酒水，我们亲眼见证了新西兰产品已在中国市场站稳脚跟并走入千家万户。在上海时，新西兰旅游局和广受中国年轻人喜爱的社交媒体平台“小红书”签署了合作协议，反映出新西兰旅游产品对中国游客的吸引力。这些例子只是两国密切合作的一个缩影。多年来双方一直充分发挥产业互补优势，不断做大共同利益蛋糕，去年双边贸易额已突破400亿新元。在这些惊人数字的背后，是给新西兰带来的大量就业、收入，是给中国广大消费者带来的高质量产品和服务，两国经济社会发展都因此而受益，充分展现了两国合作互利共赢的本质。

InTianjin，IjoinedthePrimeMinisterandtherestofdelegationonavisittoalocalsupermarketandwitnessedthelevelofpenetrationbyNewZealandbusinessesandproductsontheChinesemarkets，andtheextenttowhichtheseproducts，includingbutnotlimitedtokiwifruits，dairyandmeat，andwines，havemadetheirwayintothehomesofordinaryChinesepeople.
InShanghai，TourismNewZealandandXiaohongshu，alifestyle-sharingplatformimmenselypopularamongtheyoungergenerationofChineseconsumers，launchedapartnership，reflectingandbuildingupontheappealofNewZealandtouristofferingsamongChinesetravellers.
Theseexamplesarejustamicrocosmoftheclosecooperationbetweenourtwocountries.Foryears，thetwosideshavebeentakingadvantageofthecomplementaritiesbetweenustomakethepieofcommoninterestsbigger，withourbilateraltradeexceeding40billionNZDlastyear.Behindtheseheadlinefigures，itisjobsandincomesforNewZealandandNewZealanders，andalsohigh-qualityproductsandservicesbroughttolargenumbersofconsumersinChina，whichhavebenefitedthesocio-economicdevelopmentofbothcountriesanddemonstratedthemutuallybeneficialnatureofourwin-wincooperation.
第三，中新全面战略伙伴关系发展潜力巨大、增长空间广阔。访问期间，习近平主席、李强总理和赵乐际委员长分别同希普金斯总理会见、会谈，两国领导人均重申要进一步深化双边关系，特别是拓展两国务实合作，深挖合作潜力。我们既要加强两国传统的贸易合作，也要开辟包括电子商务、服务贸易、绿色经济、毛利经济等新领域合作。我注意到，此次访华的经贸代表团中，许多企业都和他们的中方合作伙伴签署或续签了合作协议，涵盖乳制品、肉类、水果、宠物食品、健康、个护、酒店、环保可持续发展等广泛领域。例如，南航恢复广州往返克赖斯特彻奇的直飞航线、康维他与华润万家超市开展战略合作、新西兰Swiss-Belhotel酒店集团与中旅酒店合作，以及前面提到的小红书与新西兰旅游局合作等等。此外，中新两国政府也签署了科技、教育、农业、林业、检疫、食品安全、知识产权等多项合作文件，这些都为两国务实合作下一步发展奠定了坚实基础。此访获得的高度关注和各界人士的面对面接触，让两国民众、工商界增进了对彼此了解，也对两国合作机遇和潜力有了更深刻的认识与信心。
