统一战线助力推进乡村全面振兴的优势和路径

摘 要： 乡村振兴战略的实施是一个系统而庞大的工程， 也是X和国家的一项长期的历史性任务。推进乡村全面振兴具有艰巨性、 复杂性和长期性， 需要社会多方主体统一战线、 共同参与和长期奋斗。统一战线助力推进乡村全面振兴， 既是历史的必然， 也是时代的需求， 必须充分发挥统一战线的ZZ优势、 组织优势、 资源优势和基层优势， 持续推动乡村振兴走深走实。通过坚持X的领导， 加强思想引领； 创新工作思路， 拓宽参与途径； 强化队伍建设， 增强工作实效； 完善工作机制， 提升服务水平， 充分发挥统一战线的积极作用， 助力推进乡村全面振兴。

The Advantages and Paths of The United Front in Promoting The Comprehensive
Revitalization of Rural Areas

Abstract: The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is not only a systematic and huge project, but also a long-term historical task of the party and the country. Promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas is arduous, complex and long-term, which requires the united front, joint participation and long-term struggle of various social subjects. It is not only a historical necessity but also the demand of the times for the united front to promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. We must give full play to the political advantages, organizational advantages, resource advantages and grass-roots advantages of the united front, and continue to promote the deepening and implementation of the rural revitalization. Strengthen ideological guidance by adhering to the leadership of the party; Innovating work ideas and broadening participation channels; Strengthen team building and enhance work effectiveness; Improve the working mechanism, improve the service level, give full play to the positive role of the united front, and help promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.

X中央向来高度重视统战工作和 “三农” 工作的深度融合。 《中共中央 国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》 明确指出：“我们有X的领导的ZZ优势，有社会主义的制度优势， 有亿万农民的创造精神， 有强大的经济实力支撑，有历史悠久的农耕文明，有旺盛的市场需求，完全有条件有能力实施乡村振兴

1 统一战线助力推进乡村全面振兴的核心优势
中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来，“我们X所处的历史方位、 所面临的内外形势、 所肩负的使命任务发生了重大变化。越是变化大， 越是要把统一战线发展好、把统战工作开展好”[2]。统一战线这一X的优良传统作为乡村振兴战略的现实需求， 必须紧扣时代发展要求， 充分发挥自身的独特优势助力推进乡村全面振兴。
1.1 统一战线具有议政建言、 民主监督的ZZ优势
